One-on-One Coaching Services

Basic Coaching

Andre’s basic coaching is a program meant for those who want to optimize their performance, but don’t need as much one-on-one time. This plan includes a fully personalized plan for you and regular support and feedback from your coach.

Advanced/Elite Coaching

Andre provides an advanced coaching plan that includes a fully personalized plan with unlimited adjustments, as well as more frequent communication. This plan is best for those who require more attention to their plan, or those who are looking to make the step from age group racing to the pro ranks.

Our two most common plans are listed below, but our questionnaire will help decide which option is best for you and your goals, or if a different option would work even better.

ADVANCED/ELITE COACHING

This plan is suited for seasoned athletes who are striving for increased performance and require more detail and attention to their plan. If you’re hunting down podium finishes, tuning up the finer details of training, or looking to move from the age group field to the pro ranks, this plan is for you.

PRICE: $400/month

Plan Includes:

  • Personalized training plan in the TrainingPeaks App

  • Goal Setting and Race season planning

  • Testing to establish precise goals*

  • Regular communication through TrainingPeaks and email/text

  • Unlimited adjustments to training plan

  • Pre and Post-Race calls

  • Nutrition Guidance

  • Discounted rates on swim analysis and partner companies

  • *Optional to include lactate testing

BASIC COACHING

This plan is suited for beginner athletes, athletes who have a busier lifestyle/home life, or athletes who are more self sufficient but want both accountability in their training and the flexibility to change the plan based on life changes.

PRICE: $300/month

Plan Includes:

  • Personalized Plan in the TrainingPeaks App

  • Weekly Feedback in the TrainingPeaks App

  • Communication to alter training plan

  • Goal setting and race guidance

  • Discounted rates on swim analysis and partner companies

All coaching plans have the option to add-on a strength plan via the WhichWeight App
